"Wolf Wood" is now part of our catalogue and we are thrilled to present this film, directed by Valeria Gai Germanika.
“Wolf Wood’ is an allegory of fear and family in which a loveless mother-daughter relationship evolves over time to bring them to a mutual understanding. They are bound together by fear of a fictional man-eating wolf – a creature invented by the mother. This story operates on a deep philosophical level, as it reflects on the loss of purity of thought. It explores how that purity is a principle condition for human existence as it illustrates the proverb, "Dreams of the mind give birth to monsters".
«Wolf Wood” was featured in the screening program of Tallin International Film Festival 2019
